There was a big burn on this air conditioner in Mcdonough. It looked like something was on fire. The homeowner didn't know it was there. I could see wires and stuff on the inside in that area. We took the top off and found a repair. Another heating and cooling company had repaired the copper coil inside this a/c. There was a lot of damage but they did save the unit. A repair like this would take 3 hours to pump it down,fix it and refill the freon. Its not leaking and the air cools great. They extended the life of this unit. It looks bad but works.
