 The air conditioner had 22ov but the 24v from the thermostat wasn't there. The thermostat was indeed sending it. The volts were lost somewhere in between. Under the house I got to check the furnace. The wire was chewed by rats or mice. Replaced the wire and just like that we have power and the a/c is running and cooling again. You got poo on your furnace so you better call an exterminator.   I can hear the compressor on but a/c fan is not spinning.  Turn it off asap. The compressor can get damaged without a fan.  I resolved this problem by changing the capacitor.
