A/c not cooling , resolved

 This air conditioner would run for a few seconds then cut off then try again. Do not mess with it you will get shocked. Turn off the power and call for service asap. If you keep trying to run it like this you will damage the compressor and you will need to replace the unit. Catch it in time and it's going to be under $200.
