This air conditioner would not start

 This a/c was not on when I got there. It was very hot. The fan was not on and the compressor not running. The capacitor was blown. The unit was so dirty it couldn't cool itself off and parts started breaking. After washing it and cooling off the compressor it started again. Problem resolved the same day I was called.
